As an Expedia gold member, I am granted VIP access which comes with free parking, free room upgrade, early/ late check-out, free drinks, and many more perks. Out of the 18 hotels I’ve booked in Japan, The QUBE Hotel Chiba was the only one to honor and acknowledge my Expedia membership perks. Check-in starts at 3 pm but I arrived around noon. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the front desk clerk. Upon confirming my reservations, she offered me an early check-in and a free room upgrade without me asking.

The QUBE Hotel Chiba offers city and ocean-view suites, family rooms, blackout curtains, high-speed WIFI, laundry service, a breakfast buffet, saunas, and a spa. My absolute favorite part of this hotel, no doubt is the spa! If I could, I would have spent the entire 3 days at this hotel, in the spa! This natural-themed spa offers beautiful bamboo showers, 4 outdoor hot baths, and a once-in-a-lifetime experience. THIS IS MY HONEST REVIEW; I DID NOT GET PAID FOR THIS REVIEW NOR DO I ACCEPT PAYMENTS FOR MY REVIEWS. With that being said, if you're coming to Japan, I highly suggest marking Chiba on your list of cities to explore, strictly for this hotel spa.

Another notable amenity would be their restaurant which has an amazing view of the city. During breakfast, I had the pleasure of speaking with the general manager, Rogier, who suggested different activities to do around the hotel.

Across the street is a small restaurant that the hotel staff frequently visit. Garyu Ramen Fujin offers a variety of delicious ramen dishes. My favorite was the Dandan Noodles with plum wine.

If you're a car lover and adrenaline junky like me then you must visit the Harbor Circuit Indoor Kart which is a 6-minute walk from the QUBE hotel Chiba.
